1. Place an order and complete the payment.
*Nova11 head is coated with matte only.
(In the case of matte coating, the make-up can come off because of strong impact or scratches!!!!)
2. Attach a photo by email (nova@nova-doll.com) -> Please write ['Nova11'/order (deposit)/cat name] in the email title.
Please let me know if there is anything you want when writing the email~
eg> 'Please make a smile!' or 'Please make your eyes big!'. And so on.
3. The production process will be uploaded on Twitter.

You need 90 days of production after the payment confirmation. (Up to 15 to 30 days can be extended more.)
[Caution]
1. Due to the nature of the resin, it may break due to strong impact.
2. Refund is not possible after the payment is completed. Because we will start to work right away.
3. Matte coating may cause to come off if there is a strong impact. I recommend it for interior decoration.

It's good if you can see the reddish color of your eyes well. If the picture is incorrect, the eyes will be inaccurate, too.
Lastly, send me the "A facial expression" that you want! (To see the size of the pupils and the shape of the eyes.)
The Nova 11 & Grip Tok that I made is a handicraft that draws on a fixed shape.
There is a limitation in grasping the patterns and colors of the fur in a formalized frame and expressing the actual picture.
Please think that I'm expressing my cat in a cute way and order.
